Clorox, A&H Claw At Each Other Over Cat Litter Ads

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Hoping its claims pass the smell test, Fresh Step maker Clorox Co. sought in New York federal court Friday to fend off Church & Dwight Co.'s attempt to yank ads portraying its Arm & Hammer Super Scoop cat litter as inferior on the basis of allegedly misleading research.
