American Empire Sues Amerisure Over Asbestos Deal

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- American Empire Surplus Lines Insurance Co. filed suit Thursday in New York, alleging that Amerisure Insurance Co. breached a reinsurance deal and must pay part of a settlement that resolved asbestos litigation against General Refractories Co.
