RH Donnelley Execs Must Face Shareholder Suit

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 2:35 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge last week refused to dismiss a shareholder class action alleging executives of R.H. Donnelley Corp. lied about their yellow pages business to inflate the company's stock, then cashed in before it crashed.
