Man Suing For Facebook Stake Says He Passed Polygraph

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A New York man suing for a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc. said Friday he had taken a polygraph test that proved he was not lying about his contract with site founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Paul Ceglia took a polygraph test administered by Michael Pliszka, a police examiner, and received a grade of “no deception indicated” — meaning he was telling the truth about having entered an agreement with Zuckerberg in 2003, Ceglia argued.
