US Fights Motion To Dismiss Ala. Gambling Bribery Suit

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors took issue on Friday with a bid for the dismissal of a suit by defendants accused of buying and selling votes on pro-gambling legislation in Alabama, challenging the notion that they had given the jury faulty instructions.
