3M Says Investment Fund Head Attempting To Extort $30M

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 7:22 PM EDT) -- 3M Co. filed suit in New York state court on Monday, accusing the head of Porton Capital Inc. of attempting to extort $30 million in a dispute over a co-owned medical device and even threatening the coming knighthood of 3M's top executive.
