Maine Group Again Denied Role In Milk Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A Vermont federal judge refused on Monday to reconsider a decision denying the Maine Dairy Industry Association’s motion to intervene in a class action accusing Dairy Farmers of America Inc. and others of creating a milk monopsony in the Northeast.
