Texas Gas Co. Can't Exit Suit Over EPA Order

Law360, New York (June 20, 2011, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Texas refused Monday to dismiss the government's suit against Range Resources Corp. for failing to comply with a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency order to remediate contaminated water wells, but stayed the case until the gas driller's appeal concludes.
