Enviros Sue Army Corps Over Calif. Tree Removal Plan

Law360, Washington (June 21, 2011, 11:42 AM EDT) -- Three environmental groups sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in California on Monday to contest a 2007 Corps decision that could potentially require millions of trees to be eliminated from the state’s levees.
