Insurer Loses Bid To Nix 'Expendables' Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (June 21, 2011, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge ruled Monday that filmmakers may have acted responsibly when delaying filming of “The Expendables” for two weeks out of concern for the health of actor Jason Statham, denying the film's insurer a quick win on the issue.
