Goodyear Hit With $22M Asbestos Injury Verdict

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A New York state court jury on Tuesday awarded $22 million in damages to the families of lung cancer victims who sued Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and Goodyear Canada Inc. over the victims' exposure to asbestos-containing gaskets.
