ITC Sides With Semiconductor Co. In Patent Battle

Law360 (May 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Linear Technology Corp. has lost its first bout in the International Trade Commission to ban a small rival’s computer chips, with a judge handing down an initial ruling that the company was not practicing one of the patents at issue and had no domestic industry to protect.
