Ex-Massey Security Chief Moves To Nix Lying Charges

Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A former Massey Energy Co. security chief asked a federal judge in West Virginia on Tuesday to toss charges that he lied to investigators after the April 2010 explosion that killed 29 miners at the Upper Big Branch Mine.

Hughie E.
