FBI's Tactics In Gabon FCPA Sting Come Under Fire

Law360, Washington (June 22, 2011, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Government lawyers prosecuting four military equipment industry executives accused of bribing Gabon officials to win contracts told a Washington federal jury Wednesday that the evidence outweighed any concerns about the sting itself, as the defense blasted the FBI's handling of the investigation.
