Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit upheld Thursday the dismissal of a loss of consortium claim made by the husband of a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted and harassed while working as a civilian contractor in Iraq, affirming a win for Halliburton Co.
