Law360, New York (June 23, 2011, 9:02 PM EDT) -- The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday passed reforms to the nation's patent system after lawmakers struck down attempts to gut the legislation of its key provisions and adopted a controversial amendment over future funding of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
