Raid Nets More Than 100 Poultry Workers

Law360, New York (May 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal immigration officials have arrested more than 100 suspected illegal aliens employed at a Montana poultry-processing plant as part of a sting operation into identity theft, Social Security fraud and employment violations.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Social Security Administration Office of Inspector General special agents took the George’s Processing Inc. workers into custody Tuesday morning after executing two search warrants at the Butterfield, Mo. plant.
