Vienna Beef Denied TRO In Hot Dog Advertising Suit

Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 4:21 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday denied Vienna Beef Ltd.'s request for a temporary restraining order against a former employee accused of breaking a noncompete agreement and falsely advertising his new company's hot dogs were made with Vienna's secret recipe.
