DOE Tries To Nix TI's $2M Nuclear Waste Suit Again

Law360, Washington (June 24, 2011, 3:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy asked a federal judge Friday to reconsider his decision not to dismiss Texas Instruments Inc.'s $2 million suit claiming the department is contractually obligated to pay for tort and environmental suits related to radioactive waste.
