MedioStream Accuses Microsoft Of Video Monopoly

Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Video software company MedioStream Inc. filed a lawsuit in California federal court on Wednesday accusing Microsoft Corp. of antitrust violations after it allegedly stole the plaintiff's trade secrets.

MedioStream asserts it developed technology to speed up digital video processing, making DVD production easier and more accessible to consumers.
