Patent Reform Bill Hinges On USPTO Fee Diversion

Law360, San Diego (June 24, 2011, 10:00 PM EDT) -- Before legislation seeking to reform the nation's patent system can make its way to the White House, lawmakers are going to have to reconcile differing proposals by the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate on whether the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office should continue to turn over its fees to Congress, attorneys say.
