Ky. Appeals Court Backs Lien Against Fen-Phen Atty

Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 5:09 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky state appeals court rejected a bid Friday from a disbarred attorney — ordered to pay $42 million for siphoning settlement money from clients in a class action over diet drug fen-phen — to toss a judgment lien against his property.
