Spherion, GlidePath Ask 2nd Circ. To Renew Legal Fight

Law360, New York (June 24, 2011, 6:26 PM EDT) -- Staffing firm Spherion Corp. and investors in failed business venture GlidePath Holding BV asked the Second Circuit on Friday to revive claims brought against each other over a former executive's involvement in the ill-fated project.

A three-judge panel heard arguments on behalf of the staffing company and GlidePath seeking reversal of a New York federal court's order granting competing summary judgment motions and effectively canceling out the suit.
