Judge Nixes Class Cert. In ITT Employment Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Washington state refused Friday to certify a class of ITT Corp. employees who accuse the contractor of denying pay and benefits promised in their employment contracts, concluding the plaintiffs failed to show common issues would predominate.
