High Court Eases Liability For Foreign-Made Products

Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's decision Monday that foreign manufacturers cannot be sued in state court unless their allegedly defective products have a clear link to that jurisdiction will make it easier for companies to avoid liability for products manufactured outside the U.S., attorneys say.
