Judge Greenlights $6.8M State Farm Settlement

Law360 (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A state court judge has approved a $6.8 million settlement for a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of 12,000 policyholders who sued State Farm Florida Insurance Company to recover the costs of replacing screens damaged by hurricanes Wilma and Katrina.
