Law360, New York (June 28, 2011, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday approved a settlement between a class of college enrollment counselors and Apollo Group Inc., which runs the for-profit University of Phoenix, in a suit that accused the university of failing to pay overtime wages.
U.S. District Court Judge J. Curtis Joyner approved the sealed agreement, which was filed June 8.
