White House Appeals Bankruptcy Judge's DOMA Ruling

Law360, New York (June 29, 2011, 7:37 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Monday appealed a California bankruptcy court's ruling that found the federal ban on gay marriage unconstitutional, even though the president and attorney general hold the same view as the court.
