Accenture Seeks New Trial After $94M Loss To Wellogix

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 2:02 PM EDT) -- Accenture LLP asked a Texas federal judge on Monday to throw out a $94.4 million jury verdict awarded to software company Wellogix Inc., which accused the consulting firm of reneging on a joint marketing deal in a contract and trade secrets suit.
