Impala Drivers Sue GM Over Faulty Spindle Rods

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of Chevrolet Impala owners sued General Motors Co. in Michigan on Wednesday, alleging the carmaker failed to fix a spindle rod defect under a warranty, even though it had recalled Impala police cars over the same issue.
