ITC Remands Kodak Patent Battle With Apple, RIM

Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 10:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday sent Eastman Kodak Co.'s patent dispute with Apple Inc. and BlackBerry maker Research in Motion Ltd. back to the drawing board, ordering an agency judge to reconsider parts of his ruling against Kodak based on newly revised patent terms.
