Tortoises Can't Outrun Mojave Solar Project: Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (June 30, 2011, 9:21 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Thursday refused to grant environmental group Western Watersheds Projects an order to block construction of a massive solar thermal power plant in the Mojave Desert because of its impact on desert tortoises and other wildlife
