Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court's recent ruling that out-of-state residents who temporarily work in the Golden State can recover unpaid overtime under California law is expected to spur a wave of lawsuits alleging such workers are entitled to other perks under the state's employee-friendly labor code, attorneys say.
