DC Circ. Rejects Insider Trader's FBI FOIA Challenge

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 3:08 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled Friday that the FBI rightly redacted portions of its reply to a Freedom of Information Act request by a former board member of Worthington Foods Inc. who was convicted of trading on nonpublic merger information.
