Wis. High Court Lets Nissan Exit Car Pricing Suit

Law360, New York (July 1, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Friday affirmed the dismissal of Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. from a price-fixing class action implicating several major automakers, agreeing with previous rulings that Wisconsin courts did not have personal jurisdiction over the Japanese entity.
