CareFusion To Pay $150M For Drug Dispenser Co. Rowa

Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Medical technology manufacturer CareFusion Corp. said Tuesday it would pay $150 million to buy Rowa GmbH, a German manufacturer of robotic medication storage and dispensing systems for pharmacies.

The acquisition, which CareFusion expects to be neutral to adjusted earnings in the first year and accretive thereafter, is subject to review by competition regulators and is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of the 2012 fiscal year, the companies said.
