St. Vincent's, Siemens Settle Contract Claim For $1.2M

Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday approved a settlement between Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers and a Siemens AG subsidiary, allowing the bankrupt hospital to pay $1.2 million in accordance with a contract for computer software and services.
