ITC Expedites Reviews Of Sulfanic Acid, Pipe Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (July 5, 2011, 8:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday that it was expediting reviews of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on sulfanic acid from China and India as well as anti-dumping duties on carbon and alloy pipes from Japan and Romania.

“The commission will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a foreseeable time,” the ITC said.
