Beverage Group Sues NYC Over Ad Campaign Records

Law360, New York (July 5, 2011, 10:03 PM EDT) -- The American Beverage Association on Friday accused the New York City Department of Health of violating the state's freedom of information law by refusing to turn over data about its controversial advertising campaign aimed at limiting sugary drink consumption.
