GAO Protest Jurisdiction — Ending Or Expanding?

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 3:12 PM EDT) -- In Technatomy, a disappointed bidder challenged the Defense Information Systems Agency (“DISA”) award of a task order under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contract on the ground that DISA unreasonably evaluated vendors technical and cost quotations.
