CFTC Fights Call For Recusal In Menacing Trader's Suits

Law360, New York (July 6, 2011, 6:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Tuesday rebuffed a money manager’s call to disqualify the federal judge overseeing the agency’s lawsuit in New York over his trading activities as well as a criminal action over death threats the trader allegedly made to regulators.
