Porter Hedges Lures New IP Partner In Houston

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 4:54 PM EDT) -- Porter Hedges LLP said Wednesday it had scooped up a former Conley Rose PC attorney to join the firm’s growing intellectual property practice as a partner in Houston.

Jonathan M. Pierce, who officially joined the firm on Tuesday, specializes in patent and trademark law as well as IP agreements. Porter Hedges’ recent push to beef up its trademark litigation practice inspired him to make the switch, he said.
