EPA Unveils Final Cross-State Emissions Rules

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 3:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule Thursday requiring several states to cut power plant emissions that contribute to cross-state ozone and fine particle pollution, finalizing a plan that ropes Texas in to a broader swath of the regulations than originally proposed.
