Sens. Agree On Plan For Ethanol Subsidy Repeal

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 3:11 PM EDT) -- Senators from two ethanol-producing states, South Dakota and Minnesota, on Thursday outlined a bipartisan plan to repeal nearly $6 billion in annual ethanol subsidies and a tariff on foreign ethanol, and invest the savings in deficit reduction and renewable energy technologies.
