Bus Co. Workers Try To Boot Jackson Lewis From OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A proposed class of First Student Inc. employees sought Thursday to disqualify two Jackson Lewis LLP attorneys from representing the school bus company in an overtime suit in Arkansas federal court, saying the lawyers had previously counseled two class members.

Jackson Lewis partner Stephen X. Munger counseled lead plaintiff Karen Springs during a deposition in a sister case, while Munger and associate Justin R. Barnes represented plaintiff Roy Burnley in his deposition in that case, according to a motion filed by the proposed class.
