Chinese National Charged Over Paint Supply To Pakistan

Law360, New York (July 7, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A former executive of a Chinese industrial coatings company pled not guilty on Thursday in Washington to charges stemming from her alleged role in the export of paint to a nuclear power plant in Pakistan without U.S. approval.

Xun Wang, a Chinese national who is a U.S. resident, entered her plea in Washington federal court to a four-count indictment asserting charges related to her employment as managing director of architectural coatings at Shanghai-based PPG Paints Trading Co. Ltd.
