Qantas Will Aid In Cargo Investigation: Report

Law360, New York (May 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Less than two weeks after British Airways PLC admitted it had violated antitrust law, Qantas said Tuesday that it is cooperating with U.S. and British regulators' investigation of industry-wide air cargo price-fixing, according to a published report.

Qantas did not admit to price-fixing when it announced its cooperation with the ongoing investigations, according to the Australian. If British Airways' precedent is any indication, however, a settlement might be in store.
