QVC Chef Loses Bid To Enforce Cookbook Rights Deal

Law360, New York (July 8, 2011, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge refused Thursday to force a woman accused of tricking television chef Robert Warden into allowing her to trademark his name to abide by a QVC Inc. book licensing clause in a partial settlement between the two sides.
