Wash. Utility Sues DOE Again Over Nuclear Waste Removal

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A Washington state utility on Thursday sued the federal government for the second time over the U.S. Department of Energy's failure to remove radioactive waste from its nuclear plant that is still allegedly creating costs for the utility.
