Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 12:19 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge on Friday conditionally certified a class of up to 5,900 Scholastic Book Clubs Inc. call center workers in a suit alleging the children's book publisher failed to pay them for tasks performed before and after shifts.
